Who May Order

For U.S.A. based customers, we will sell to you only if you have a tax-resale number or tax-exempt number. We sell wholesale only and do not charge sales tax. Non-U.S.A. customers must have businesses in their home countries and must be buying for resale.

All accounts are COD unless "net 45 day" terms are established by us after approval of your credit application. COD accounts require a $25 deposit for each order (which will be deducted from the balance due UPS at the time of delivery). Alternatively, you may leave a $50 security deposit on file, which will not be deducted from the balance due UPS, but will permit you to fax or e-mail your orders. The $25 or $50 checks may be company checks, but balances due UPS must be certified checks or money orders, unless "company check" status has been approved by us.

We reserve the right to charge 1.5% per month on any past-due balance. If your account is placed for collection due to non-payment, attorneys' fees and collection costs will be added to the amount owed.

Prices are subject to change without notice. While we have double-checked the prices that appear here, we are not responsible for errors. If you believe a price is incorrect, please contact us before placing your order.

While we never require a minimum dollar amount per item or per order, many items are sold in particular multiples. For example, most trimmings and bandings are sold in 6 or 12 yard multiples. Most buttons, buckles and appliques are sold by the dozen. In the event that you want an amount different than our standard multiple, order it with the understanding that if it is not available, the amount will be increased to the next "standard" amount. Rhinestones, pearls and other crystals are usually pre-packaged and sold by the packing unit, which is determined by Swarovski and our other vendors (for example, article 2012/5ss is sold 10 gross to a package, while article 2012/30ss is sold 2.5 gross to a package). We never break packages to fill an order.

All of our prices are net, and for most items there is no difference between the price of 12 pieces and the price for 1200 pieces. If you believe your order is so large that a quantity discount is justified, please contact us prior to ordering.

For certain packaged rhinestones and rhinestone bandings, quantity discounts are available and are already factored into the pricing on this site. These are noted on the site where applicable. If you have specific questions about these discounts, please contact us

We have included sizes in the item descriptions where it is possible to do so. For many items the sizes are standard to the industry (i.e. "ss" for "stone size"). If you are not familiar with these measurements, please refer to the size chart.

While we have attempted to photograph items with perfect color clarity, it is possible that your computer display may alter the color of an item. We are not responsible for variations between the display and the actual item. Also, particularly in the case of rhinestones, colors may vary slightly from lot to lot and even within lots. The colors of rhinestones are shown in the color chart, although not every item and size is available in all colors.

In addition to the thousands of items contained on this site, we have many more items in the line. In some cases, the item may not be listed here but is obviously available (for example, a banding may appear as available in one, two and four row; even if three row does not appear here, it is available because multiple rows are cut from wider pieces). In other cases, a whole category is available though not listed because we have close-out quantities only and do not intend to reorder the item (although our close-out quantities are often very large). In either case, please note your interest on your order form, or call the sales department with your request.

We are one of the few independent authorized Swarovski wholesalers in the world (Swarovski is a registered trademark and may not be used without the permission of D. Swarovski & Co. in Austria). In the case of certain items, we sell previous style numbers interchangeably with newer style numbers (for example, article 2000, 2012 and article 2028). There is no difference in quality between the items and they may be listed either way on this site.

All requests to return merchandise must be made within ten days of receipt must be authorized by us and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Under no circumstances will we authorize the return of packaged rhinestones.

We ship exclusively via U.P.S. You have the option of choosing ground, third day, second day or next day service. We ship prepaid and add the shipping charges to the cost of the shipment. Shipping charges depend on weight and are a reflection of U.P.S.' published rates.

You are welcome to pick up your order rather than having it shipped. Our normal business hours are 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. If you are approved for net 45 terms and are located from 5th to 9th Avenues, 35th to 40th Streets, we will deliver your order without an extra charge if you request it.

If you are located outside the U.S.A., your order will be filled and priced for shipment via U.P.S. International. The price will include merchandise and shipping charges, as well as a wire transfer fee to cover charges imposed by your bank (if your bank charges you for all fees, you may ignore the wire transfer charge). You must include a fax number when you place the order, because we will fax you a pro-forma invoice and wire transfer instructions. After our bank receives your payment in full, your order will be shipped.

Usually we do not release account and other personal information to third parties. We will release information if we deem it appropriate in connection with fraud prevention and credit risk reduction. We will release information when we believe it appropriate to comply with law, or to enforce or apply our "Terms of Use". We will release information to third parties in connection with our normal business activities, but these third parties will be limited to using this information in connection with the specific activities they are performing on our behalf. We do not sell customer information to third parties for marketing purposes, other than certain marketing performed on our behalf.
